The HAMILTON-T1 combines for the first time the functionality of a fully featured intensive care unit ventilator with the compactness and ruggedness required for transport. This is why the HAMILTON-T1 enables you to provide optimal ventilation therapy to all patient groups during transport, from the neonate to the adult.
The integrated high-performance turbine enables the HAMILTON-T1 to be completely independent from compressed air. This reduces weight and saves space, and allows even noninvasively ventilated patients to be transported successfully across greater distances.
The HAMILTON-T1 includes Hamilton Medical's standardized Ventilation Cockpit user interface and the unique intelligent ventilation mode, Adaptive Support Ventilation (ASV®).

The HAMILTON-T1 for armed forces faithfully accompanies your patients to any destination on the ground, at sea, and in the air. After successfully passing the tests for military compliance according to highest demands under toughest conditions, the HAMILTON-T1 was registered for a NATO stock number (NSN 6515-01-648-5814), and is now officially available in the US military ECAT catalog.

Hamilton Medical's intelligent ventilation mode ASV automatically employs lung-protective strategies to minimize complications such as AutoPEEP and volutrauma/barotrauma. Within the rules of this lung-protective strategy, ASV encourages the patient to breathe spontaneously.
According to several studies, ASV reduces ventilation time in post-cardiac surgery patients, medical patients, and COPD patients. In active patients, ASV decreases work of breathing and improves patient-ventilator synchrony.
Ease of use
In close cooperation with users and ventilation experts, our engineers have designed a user interface that is particularly intuitive. Switching between the HAMILTON-T1 and all other Hamilton Medical ventilators is easy because they are operated according to the same principles.
The Ventilation Cockpit on the HAMILTON-T1 mechanical ventilator consolidates the monitoring data and converts it into visual displays. These easy-to-understand displays give a quick overview of the patient’s current ventilation status and provide a reliable basis for therapy decisions.
Hamilton Medical ventilators and ASV can reduce ventilation time and thus treatment costs. They can also reduce the time needed for standard settings and alarm management while maintaining ventilation quality. This frees up time for other aspects of patient care.
Thanks to the ease of operation, consistent operating concepts and free e-learning modules from Hamilton Medical, the efficiency of training is also improved.
Test the ventilator's interface and functionality with our simulation software. The simulation is a fully functional representation of the ventilator's interface and even includes a patient simulation with adjustable lung mechanics.
