Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Optiflow™ High Flow Nasal Cannula
The high flow nasal cannula range provides respiratory support for adult patients and is suitable for for high flow therapy with Hamilton Medical ventilators. The nasal cannula allows delivery of a wide range of gas flow rates directly into the nares.
Thanks to the soft and flexible nasal prongs, patient comfort levels and therefore compliance are excellent. The headband is fully adjustable and fits over the patient’s ears. In addition, the lightweight and flexible interface tube allows freedom of movement for the patient and reduces the risk of dislodging the device while in use.
The unique delivery tube incorporates a breathable film, which helps to reduce the formation of mobile condensate.
The high flow nasal cannula is available in three sizes, (S, M and L) for adult patients.
Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Optiflow™ High Flow Tracheostomy Interface (Direct Connection)
The high flow tracheostomy interface delivers humidified gas into the tracheostomy, minimizing discomfort around the tracheostomy site. The lanyard design takes the weight of the circuit off the tracheostomy tube and therefore reduces the risk of injury or accidental extubation.
The unique delivery tube incorporates a breathable film, which helps to reduce the formation of mobile condensate. The extremely flexible interface tube also allows freedom of movement, further increasing patient comfort and minimizing the risk of trauma at the stoma site.
