Okavango Air Rescue in Botswana

Okavango Air Rescue in Maun, Botswana, got his first HAMILTON-T1 transport ventilator. Okavango Air Rescue was founded in March 2011 by Christian Gross and Dr. med. Misha S. Kruck to provide a professional medical Helicopter Rescue Service, for the remote and inaccessible areas of the country, of which there are many, due to the vastness of Botswana.

Okavango Air Rescue was founded in 2011 by Christian Gross and Dr. Misha S. Kruck to deliver professional medical helicopter rescue services across Botswana’s vast and remote regions. Their mission ensures that patients in even the most inaccessible areas receive timely, critical care.

Hamilton Medical is proud to support their work with a HAMILTON-T1 transport ventilator, helping the team provide reliable ventilation during emergency flights and patient transfers.

A successfull start. From training to real-life rescue

Shortly after completing their training on the their new transport ventilator, the team from Okavango Air Rescue was able to apply their skills in real emergency missions. The ventilator provided reliable respiratory support for patients in critical condition during transport.
